Renaissance Wellness is a committed and compassionate organization within our communities, celebrating diversity in many forms. Under the leadership of Dr. Royster, the team comprises licensed and license-eligible professionals, including PsyD in Clinical Psychology, LMHP (Licensed Mental Health Provider), LSATP (Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner), and MAC (Masters in Addiction Counseling). Since 2000, the team has included Mental Health/Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP).

If we are unable to provide services through our programs, we collaborate with community partners to ensure support. Renaissance Wellness’s mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals and families through evidence-based and therapeutic interventions.

Our agency accepts Medicaid plans through the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS). Renaissance Wellness also serves clients referred by local funding sources across various localities in Virginia. For inquiries about funding or eligibility, please contact the location nearest you.

All diagnostic assessments are conducted by licensed and license-eligible clinicians. Mental health services are provided by Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHP) and Qualified Health Professionals (QMHP). Substance abuse services are delivered by Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioners and Certified Substance Abuse Counselors.
